- Health Insurers are currently prohibited from offering coverage across state lines
- The Medicare/Medicaid entitlement program is unsustainable in its current form
- Private health care providers do not have liability exemptions in place
- Defensive medicine is unnecessarily escalating the cost of health care
- Outdated Health Insurance Portability laws (regarding credit for pre-existing conditions) must include Individual Health Insurance Policies.
- 7.5% floor on deductible medical costs must be reduced
- There must be health care reform, not just health insurance reform
