 As your Congressman, I will sponsor legislation that …

• Balances the Federal Budget (Balanced Budget Amendment) through spending cuts, not tax increases 
• Lowers tax rates for Individuals, Corporations and Trusts
• Eliminate capital gains tax on assets held 2 years or more; increase ordinary income tax rates on capital assets sold within 30 days from date of purchase/acquisition 
• Eliminates the Federal Estate and Gift tax permanently  
• Reduces OUR National Debt through budget surplus paydowns
• Creates a tax deduction for voluntary contributions received from individuals and corporations designated to pay down the national debt 
• Does not fund PORK in OUR District. I will only support federally funded projects that are critical and essential to the betterment of OUR District on a pay-as-you-go basis
• Restructures the federal pension system to mirror private sector pension and deferred compensation programs
