Immigration Reform

As your Congressman, I will introduce and support legislation that:

• Closes the borders and provides a strong, forceful presence that stops the flow of illegal immigrants into the United States
• Caps the annual number of immigrants allowed into the country
• Requires ALL immigrants to register with ICE upon entry into or departure from the country
• Opposes “BLANKET AMNESTY”.
• Requires immediate deportation/extradition of illegal immigrants arrested for any federal crime
• Provides a pathway to U.S. citizenship to immigrants legally registered in the U.S. through a 6 point plan, as outlined below 
• Denies direct or indirect federally funded (PUBLIC) benefits to illegal immigrants
• Requires ITIN matching between ICE, Social Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service

PATHWAY TO CITIZENSHIP FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ALREADY RESIDING IN THE UNITED STATES:

1. Must obtain an ITIN ( Immigrant Tax Identification Number); issued by ICE/IRS

2. Must document employment ( NOT JUST INCOME) or student status to be registered

3. Must document Income tax, FICA and Medicare tax and State Income tax withholdings quarterly

3a. If a student, must document continuous enrollment and minimum acceptable GPA

4. Must file annual Income Tax returns by March 15 of the following year

5. Upon CONTINUOUS compliance for a five year period, beginning with ICE registration, you will receive amnesty. You will then have 1 year to apply for U.S. Naturalization or Citizenship. If U.S. citizenship is not applied for and granted, you will forfeit all FICA/Medicare tax payments and be subject to deportment

6. NON-COMPLIANCE at any time during the 5 year period, beginning with ICE registration, or non-registration with ICE, leads to immediate deportation
